Janice is a top notch agent and she goes the extra mile for her clients.  Janice is a valuable asset to the Cindy Gavin Team.  She brings over 7 years of real estate experience.  She has been voted a 5-Star Agent in Customer Satisfaction for the past four years.  Janice stays active in continuing education, with most recently obtaining the National Association of Realtors, SFR (Short Sale-Foreclosure Resource) designation.  She is currently working towards obtaining her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.  Janice is happily married with two grown daughter's and a beautiful granddaughter.
